CrossMgr Now Supports PDF Publish

Publish pdf files directly from CrossMgr!

Available in CrossMgr 2.1.47.

Output creates one file for all categories as well as one file for each category.

Puts the files in a pdf folder where the race file is.

Choose the files you want to publish from the output files.
