OpenFluor

This is an online database we have developed for comparing the fluorescence properties components derived from PARAFAC models. Please visit and consider contributing to the database.

drEEM toolbox.

This replaces DOMFluor and encompasses tools for working up fluorescence data and carrying out parallel factor analysis. A tutorial is available as

Murphy KR, Stedmon CA, Graeber D and R Bro (2013). Fluorescence spectroscopy and multi-way techniques. PARAFAC, Anal. Methods, 5 (23): 6541–6882.

DOMFluor ToolBox

DOMFluor is a freely available MATLAB toolbox for applying parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC) to fluorescence measurements (excitation-emission-matrices) of dissolved organic matter.

The toolbox can be downloaded from this link

Colin A. Stedmon and Rasmus Bro 2008. Characterizing dissolved organic matter fluorescence with parallel factor analysis: a tutorial. Limnology and Oceanography: Methods 6:572-579

The appendix has the tutorial: Tutorial

The DOMFluor toolbox is written and tested in MATLAB release 2007b (v7.5) and is free software that can be used and modified under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
