The Coalition for a Nuclear Free Alberta (CNFA) is comprised of several regional groups and individuals who have joined forces to speak out and to raise awareness among Albertans about the risks and costs of nuclear power.

Inter-Church Uranium Committee Educational Co-operative (ICUCEC) is an inter-church coalition working to educate people about the nuclear industry in Saskatchewan and to halt all nuclear development in the province, including the mining of uranium.

No Nukes Canada is A Pan-Canadian site of articles on nuclear issues.

Renewable Power - the Intelligent Choice (RPIC) formed in Prince Albert when it became clear that Bruce Power was courting city officials to build a nuclear reactor in the area. RPIC is focused on opening lines of communication between government, industry and area residents to assess the health and safety risks, economic impacts and tax repercussions of nuclear energy.

Peace River Environmental Society (PRES) exists to conserve the unique quality of life enjoyed in Northern Alberta and to preserve the delicate balance of the environment.

The Canadian Coalition for Nuclear Responsibility is a not-for-profit organization, federally incorporated in 1978. It is dedicated to education and research on all issues related to nuclear energy, whether civilian or military -- including non-nuclear alternatives -- especially those pertaining to Canada.

Citizens Advocating the Use of Sustainable Energy (CAUSE) is a Calgary-based grassroots movement opposing plans for nuclear development in Alberta. Click here for their March newsletter.

Families Against Radiation Exposure (FARE) is a citizens group in Port Hope, Ontario who have worked tirelessly to shed light on the health issues surrounding the uranium refinery currently operated by Cameco, and its former parent company, the crown owned Eldorado Nuclear.

The Community Coalition Against Uranium Mining (CCAMU) is a group of concerned citizens from the greater Ottawa Valley and Kingston area of Ontario, who have come together to prevent a uranium mine in Frontenac and Lanark region.
