Some software available at the Beamline 12ID-B.

1. GISAXSshp for Matlab

This is for loading setup information for SAXSImageviewer Tool. Line cut and Azimuthal averaging tool will be loaded from this.

This eventually will function as a main menu of the entire software packages at the beamline.

2. SAXSimageviewer Tool

This software is mainly for displaying SAXS/GISAXS images with q or angle coordinates. It is linked to EPICS so that new image will be poped up as soon as it is taken. Some tools such as auto beam center calibration, masking tool and linecut tool are available from this tool.

3. SAXSLee

This software is not only to plot and manipulate data (merging, subtracting background and absolute intensity calibration), but also to fit the data.

Analysis: Guinier and Porod analysis and Model fitting

Models include Polydisperse bimodal distribution spheres with structure factor(including power-law cluster scattering), Polydisperse polyhedral particles, and OZ and DB equations.

This will eventually further expand to include the interfacial distribution analysis, pair distribution calculation, and many other model fitting.

4. Indexing

This is to index Small Angle Diffraction Peaks in the q space.
