DATA Reduction: convert to 1D

Although users may not recognize, 2D images taken by SAXS and WAXS detectors are saved onto the detector computers physically located in the 12ID-B station. Both image data are then transferred automatically to user's working directory as soon as they are taken through "rsync" command fired by the matlab macro.

As soon as the data transfer is done, matlab will also automatically perform azimuthal integration to convert both SAXS and WAXS images into SAXS and WAXS 1D curves. Of course, beamline staff will setup these processes (including q-conversion, masking, some relevant image correction) for you.

So, users don't need to do anything to get 1D conversion done.

Sector Averaging or other image manipulation can be easily done.
