I am not a substitute for an md, for emergencies see your physician. Bad Diet thus Bad Conditioning of the Gut seems to me to be major cause of problems here. The gut goo gets stripped out and raw underside hurts, twists & tightens causing all kinds of gastric issues like gas with pain. I have found change in diet and exercise is paramount. If the lining is stripped away from western meds that you feel you must continue you will need to add fresh Raw Aloe (cut off the skin) or other mucilaginous foods like Okra. And for a for gas to get moving rather than stuck in you causing pain. I like to condition with Flax seed oil as well by the tablespoon when needed or in salad dressings or other foods for regular use. Probiotics are important since we have done so many antibiotics and eat too much sugar so the bad bacteria is thriving. Licorice extract or DGL & Real Black Cherry oil & raw fresh aloe without the skin can be very helpful. more later. |
