The photos on this website are representative of what we make.

All Brown Bunny Pottery is individually handcrafted. There are always slight variations in glaze color and size. 

We generally email a photo of the item(s) being shipped for approval of the order. 

Pottery is a "long process."  We are part of a group studio where firings happen only every 4-6 weeks. If a firing has just happened when you place your order it may take up to 6 weeks before it makes its way through the kilns.

As of May 2024 we will not be accepting any orders as our focus will be entirely on production of inventory for our 5 fall shows. (See show schedule tab.)

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of each boxed item. We generally ship via US mail. Within New England, the cost to ship one mug is approximately $11. Shipping the same mug to Canada costs at least $22. We do not ship to any other countries.

Do we accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 10 days of the buyer's receipt. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and for returning the piece(s) in new/unused condition. Refunds will be issued after intact arrival of returned item(s). Insurance is recommended. Please send an email first if you would like to make a return. 

Our pottery is microwave safe. For longevity you may choose to hand wash these functional pieces of art but the glazes are dishwasher safe. Pottery does not like thermal shock. Please treat accordingly. My oldest pottery mentor told me to always put a spoon into any mug before filling with hot liquid.
