South East Floorball League (SEL) Membership Application

If you wish to play in the South East Floorball League (SEL) then you must also complete the SEL Player Membership Application Form. It is important that you complete the Brighton Rock FBC membership application form above BEFORE applying for SEL membership. Do not apply for SEL membership below if you are not sure that you will be selected to play for Brighton Rock FBC in the SEL. The Team Captain is responsible for team player selection and you should talk to the Team Captain for guidance.
