Maitland Crossings Retail Plaza / Maitland, FL
This task was to create multiple photomatched views of a proposed 6,500 SF retail building into a heavily wooded commercial park. The proposed site is located at 2450 Maitland Center Parkway in Maitland, FL. An interesting fact about this project: The existing site is a retention pond. The proposed building would be constructed with a rebuilt concrete lined retention pond underground.
1. A site visit was required to take photographs of the existing site.
2. A 3D model was created.
3. 3D model was placed into the photographs.
4. Additional 3D views were created to help all involved to understand the model fully.
Typically landscaping is added to all 3D renderings to help bring them to life. Despite the fact that this project site was engulfed in trees, in this initial set of 4 images, the trees were intentionally left out in order to show visibility of the architecture.
