BIDEFORD VICTORIA PARK BOWLING CLUB

We continue to welcome beginners or experienced bowlers to our sociable club.

Just call our secretary as indicated below, and he'll be pleased to arrange an informal taster, with our coach, Margaret or with some of our established members.

For beginners we offer a trial period for one month to any new member to see if bowls and our club is for you.

This costs £10 and entitles you to come along and play in our Monday Night Club games where you can join in with the club members for a fun evening or just gain experience with some additional tuition. If the rinks are not in use you can also come along mornings and/or evenings and generally find someone to play with.

If you are new to the sport we can generally be able to lend you enough equipment to try the game prior to having to purchase your own.

If you decide to take up the sport and are accepted into the club then the annual fee is currently £100 less the trial fee.

Even experienced bowlers can access the trial period but most apply for full membership at the outset.
