Customization

Edit simple text files to customize Brothers in Arms.  In the game's System folder, you will find Custom.ini files installed with the mod.  Just open and edit them with Notepad or your favorite text editor, then start the game and add the Custom mutator of your choice to enable your customizations.  

Custom Weapons

You have direct control over detailed characteristics for every weapon in the CustomWeapons.ini file.  Use the CustomWeapons mutator to play the game with your new settings.

  • Sway

  • Kickback

  • Fire Rate

  • Effects Radius

Custom Loadouts

Open the CustomLoadouts.ini file to set the weapon loadouts for you and your entire squad.  You can even use German equipment!

(NOTE: CustomLoadouts might not work on every Chapter/Map, so just contact me if you find problems and I'll try to get them fixed for you.)

Custom Mutators

The list of mutators is pretty long, so if you want to save time you can edit the CustomMutators.ini file to select your favorites.  Then, just select CustomMutators from the Mutators list when you play, and all of your favorites are automatically loaded for you.
