Meet Schedule

GENERAL RULES FOR MEETS

1)      Safety Reminder – Please remind your gymnast to wait inside the building if they are waiting to be picked up after practice.  We do not want gymnasts sitting outside on the benches alone at night.

·         If you are running late our need to get in touch with a coach during practice in case of emergency, it is best to call the front desk (703-228-0701) and ask them to walk the message down to the gymnastics room.

2)      Practice Fees – The monthly fees for the season as well as step by step instructions for online payments are emailed monthly.

·         For those paying by automatic credit card charge: Charges are posted to credit cards on the 1st of each month. If the credit card charge fails, the fees will be added to your account, and you must pay by the 10th of the month, or you will be subject to a late fee of $15. We ARE notifying customers whose cards are declined. After 2 declines in a row, if we do not receive updated credit card information, we will remove you from auto credit card charging.

·         For those not paying by automatic credit card charge: Monthly fees are posted to accounts on the 15th of the month before they are due. For example, the Nov 1 fee was posted to accounts as of Oct 15. Payments are technically due on the 1st, but you have until the 10th to pay, or you will be subject to a late fee of $15. As of today, account fees have been accrued for Sept 1, Oct 1, and Nov 1.  

·         If you would like to switch to having fees automatically billed to you credit card, contact the registration office at 703-228-4747. Please note, once we type in your credit card number, we no longer have access to it. It is NOT stored in our system. No one, not even our system administrators, has access to anything beyond a masked number (e.g., 4124**********34), which is for reference purposes only.

·         If you would like to make some advance payments for future months, please contact the registration office. We can apply a payment as a household credit, and that credit will then be applied to the upcoming fees.

3)      Competition Schedule– Please contact Coach Sonja (sonjaeclark@aol.com) and ATPA Treasurer (atpa.treasurer@gmail.com) if there are any competitions your gymnast are unable to attend this season.

·         REMINDER – Once meet session information becomes available, I will email parents the complete details. Please do not call gyms requesting meet information. The host club will contact the gyms as soon as the information is posted.

4)      Parent Handbook (Click HERE)– For those that missed the parent meeting on 10/5, please take the time to read the parent handbook. If you have any questions, please email me or your gymnast’s level leader.

5)      Medical Release Form (Click HERE) – All gymnasts need to have their medical release on file. Coach Sonja will contact parents regarding any missing forms.
