Puppy Questionnaire

PUPPY QUESTIONNAIRE

We believe raising a puppy requires a lifelong commitment on your part. Our puppies are sold on Limited AKC Registration (see here: https://www.akc.org/reg/limitedreg.cfm ) and spay/neuter contracts. Please review AKC's web page regarding Limited Registration, linked above for your convenience, to be sure you understand this requirement.

Is a Labrador right for you?

We need to know a few things about you so we can ensure our puppies go to good homes, and for record keeping purposes. Lots of questions, I know, but we do our best to ensure our puppies go to committed, prepared owners. The questionnaire is designed to encourage interested parties to think through the scenarios, not to judge or "disqualify" anyone. None of your information will ever be sold or used for purposes beyond the scope of your puppy application/purchase.

NOTE: This questionnaire cannot be filled out from here. Please copy and paste the text below into an e-mail, and send your responses to us at arctictexanlabradors@gmail.com .
