Typically you would be asked to provide more details via a detailed standardized questionnaire. You may also be asked to provide scanned copies of reports from other professionals you may have already consulted and laboratory test reports.
Once the consultation is accepted details of charges and mode of dispatch of medicines are agreed. Medicines can be dispatched via courier or registered/speed post.
