• Corrected accounting software problems of start up medical technology company, founded by same individuals who started a major multimillion dollar NYSE subsidiary, enabling accurate production of financial statements.
• Created integrated and complex financial model for marina business seeking to expand as a chain of marinas with timeshare and wet and dry slips exclusively for mega yachts. Model had interactive variable inputs with outputs of detailed and summarized financial statements, coupled with returns on investments for different levels of sophisticated investors.
• Corrected accounting software problems at an international liquor manufacturer and distributor, a subsidiary of a French publicly traded conglomerate. Company was in danger of losing its lines of credit from a major bank due to failure to produce financial statements. Identified the cause of the problem and fixed it, updating old information to bring financials current. Worked with the bank and defused credit line problem.
