Sample assignments have included:

• Financial modeling and advisory services on valuation of loan portfolios in excess of $1.4 billion land, single family construction, commercial and multifamily construction loans, performing and non-performing.
• Workout oversight of a 25 employee commercial asset management and mortgage servicing division of a NYSE firm and REIT with over $2 billion liquidation of non-performing and sub performing assets.
• Due diligence and underwriting services on over $3 billion of CMBS mortgage backed securities for a NYSE company, the pioneer in buying ‘B pieces’ of these securitized issues.
• Asset management workout services on over $1 billion dollar portfolio of commercial real estate assets located nationally, owned by RTC and a major REIT.
• Leadership of redevelopment team and entitlements for a 110 acre, $500 million PUD on brownfields on the Atlantic coast with riverfronting 1400 residential units and retail, hotel and marina components.
• Workout, repositioning, development oversight, and financing of joint venture of a 300-unit, $12 million apartment project with a NYSE financial subsidiary. Using one of the first tax exempt multifamily bond issues for apartment construction in Florida, the project leased up in thirteen (13) months, saving the landowner from imminent foreclosure, ultimately resulting in a $14 million profit.
• Workout, development oversight, leasing for a 158,000 sq. ft. office building owned by a $2 billion NYSE firm, pre-leasing and pre-selling the entire building to another NYSE firm for $20 million, preventing foreclosure against the principal on the land loan. This turnaround transaction netted $6 million in profit to the owners.
• Acquisition analysis, transaction structuring, and broker-dealer relations, with Wall Street and regional investment bankers. Principal was a real estate syndication subsidiary of a $ 1 billion NYSE bank.
