Liège is a mid-sized Belgian cities near the triple-point border with Germany and Holland. Renowned for its waffles, meatballs and local alcohol (Pèquet), and the warmth of it's inhabitants.

University of Liège

The University of Liège harbors about 30000 students and is one of the 2 full and public Universities with its sister school in Gent. It has a main campus outside town on a forested hill, and a downtown campus with some auditoria (where the workshop will be held), main administration, and some Departments (Business, Linguistics, Architecture...)
