North Pocono HS Field & Facilities

With the construction of the new high school in Covington Township, a new baseball field was included in the plans. After two years of working out some of the field issues, 2012 marked the first season the Trojans called this field home. In recent years the field has added an outdoor cage, bullpen area, solar powered scoreboard and improved field conditions through money from the NP Boosters and Baseball Boosters. The field also was given a make over in 2015 when the Trojans won an on-line contest hosted by the SWB Railriders in which the AAA organizations equipment and staff worked on the field surface.

Just some of the items provided by the Boosters include: OF windscreens, hack attack machine, screens, mats, radar gun, and help with trips during our more aggressive scheduling model including games at Doubleday Field in Cooperstown, NY and PNC Field in Moosic, PA.

Future wish list items include a batting cage turtle, sound system, halo, clubhouse and ultimately a turf field.
