The first GLaMP Meeting took place, June 17-10 2016 on the campus of Michigan State University.
The conference featured a three-lecture mini-course by
- Vojkan Jaksic (McGill University ): Mathematical theory of non-equilibrium quantum statistical mechanics
and invited lectures by
- Antonio Auffinger (Northwestern): The Parisi Formula: duality and equivalence of ensembles
- Alexander Elgart (Virginia Tech) : Large block properties of the entanglement entropy of free disordered fermions.
- Birgit Kaufmann (Purdue) : Two-species asymmetric exclusion process, integrability and height models
- Kay Kirkpatrick (U. Illinois) : Bose-Einstein condensation: from many quantum particles to a quantum "superparticle"
- Jun Yin (U. Wisconsin) Delocalization and Universality of band matrices
In addition there were contributed talks by young researchers and a round table on careers in mathematical physics.
Thanks to all who participated!
