COVID-19

Some of you have being wondering about what COVID-19 is, what is means for us, how we deal with it. There is a LOT of information on the internet. Some resources explain what the virus is, what it does, how we can protect ourselves... Overall though it's important to remember that there is still a LOT that we don't know and are learning about COVID-19. As kids it can be really annoying when grown-ups don't answer questions. Right now is a time though that the grown-ups in your life (and in the world) just don't have all the answers. That is hard! It may make you feel mad, scared, or unsure. Those feelings are normal. Check out the resources we've linked for more information but most of all think about the things you can practice to help calm your mind and body in this moment where we all have a lot of questions that we can't answer yet. Take a walk, draw a picture, drink a glass of cold water. The things you do to feel calm are some of the most important things you can do right now as you try to understand what COVID-19 is and how you should respond to it.
