Note that the organising committee will also comprise of Leader, Assistance Leader and Secretary/Treasurer.
Each of this role will have to be part of the above mentioned committee.
There must be at least two students who are certified first aiders - part of Logistic and Welfare Committee
Post OCIP Activities
You are required to complete and submit the following to OE/OCIP Unit:
A) Google Excel on the attendance (time and duration) for the various sessions (as a group)
B) Daily Reflections (individual)
C) Video Montages
D) 30 photos (as a group)
E) Local CIP 6 hours (individual) - to submit the letter from beneficiary to OE & OCIP coordinator for verification and updating in the ISP system.
