Please take a look at the following before our first session.
The objectives of the videos are:
1) to showcase the lifestyle of the children and give a preview of who we are going to be working with in Vietnam
2) to have some understanding on their economy and standard of living and hopefully during the session later, you can compare to yours.
3) to teach you how to phrase your questions before conducting home visits (this will be discussed in later sessions and during the programme)
Take a look at the videos and think about how Vietnam and its economy has changed and why it is so important for you to, perhaps, take a look at this country in 10-25 years time: Will you be studying/working in Vietnam? Will Vietnam be the New China?
