SUMMER 2024
Application Deadline: January 10th, 2024
Cost: FREE
Eligibility:
For students 16 years of age and older by the program start date
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and have a minimum of one year as an Arizona resident
The 2024 program is a 7-week program that will be held from June 3 through July 19
Most internships will be hosted in person on UArizona's Tucson campus, but there are virtual internships available for a limited number of highly motivated students with interests and/or skills in computational biology and bioinformatics

Mayo Clinic CARES Summer Program
Application Deadline: February 1st, 2024
Cost: FREE
Program Description: The mission of the Mayo Clinic Career Advancement, Research, and Education Summer (CARES) Program is to expose students to the whole spectrum of healthcare careers for a summer and then provide them with a longitudinal mentorship experience.
Eligibility:
Arizona high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors
Program Dates:
Option 1: In-Person - June 4th - 27th, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
Option 2: Virtual - July 8th - 12th, Monday - Friday
Application opens December 15, 2023!

Eligibility:
High school sophomore, junior, or senior (Seniors: accepted to ASU and plan to attend ASU during the fall 2024 semester)
Cumulative 3.25 GPA (unweighted)
“A” or "B" grades in high school math and science courses
Minimum of 3 years of high school level math courses completed by May 2024.
Qualify for Arizona in-state tuition (based on Arizona Board of Regents guidelines)
Must have lived in Arizona for at least 2 years

Health Careers Institute
Application Deadline: April 1st, 2024
Cost: FREE
Eligibility:
must be a current sophomore, junior, or senior (as of April 1st)
Program Dates: June 19th -June 29th (no classes June 22-23), 9 am-4 pm daily
Location: Midwestern University – Glendale, Arizona Campus

Cost: $699 per camper (need-based scholarships available)
Program Description: The summer enrichment media camp allows high school students to grow their media skills--and get a taste of college life! Campers leave with real media skills and work to bolster (or kickstart!) their professional portfolios. By day, Cronkite faculty, staff, and student guides lead campers in hands-on learning in ASU's state-of-the-art building at the Downtown Phoenix campus; then, campers retreat across the street to Gordon Commons, ASU's residential hall, for supervised R&R.

Current high school students of all grades
Program Dates: June 23, 2024 (3 PM move-in) – June 28, 2024 (2 PM move-out)
