Fellowship Overview: The Dragon Kim Fellowship Program awards community service grants to support motivated high school students to create and manage a service project.
In the fall/winter of 2023, student teams of two to three people can apply for the 2024 Dragon Kim Fellowship Program. The Foundation will select finalists to interview and announce the winning students in early March. Once chosen, these Dragon Fellows will participate in three weekends of Leadership and Business training. They will also be paired up with mentors who will check in with their team weekly. Each Dragon Fellowship team will run their project between May and August, supported by a grant of up to $5,000.
