Polar Express Day in First Grade! December 19, 2019

Mr. Stagliano was our conductor for Polar Express Day! Mrs. Earle started our day by reading The Polar Express book to the whole first grade!

Our first graders enjoyed a trip to the science lab to learn about light! We learned what it means to be transparent, translucent, reflective and opaque!

We are a Leader in Me school! Our second Leader in Me habit is" Begin with the end in mind". We read The Very Busy Spider and created a Very Busy Spider WEB! When students unroll a ball of yarn, they can become part of a supportive human spider web. We all enjoyed this activity!

We dressed up as community helpers today!

Hayride fun at Fisher's Apple and Pumpkin Farm!

We had so much fun at Fisher's Apple Farm on October 16th!

We made it through the maze!

We loved studying about things in the sky! We studied the moon phases and made the phases with cookies!

Eat, Drink and Be Mannerly Club started on October 25th! Our first lesson was on holding our fork correctly!

Our second Club Day was such fun! We had an ice cream treat and learned more about having good table manners!

Terrific Kids for the first nine weeks! Riley and Lamaya
