WE HAVE A GREAT ART COMMUNITY RIGHT AROUND US!
In November 11-13, 129 artists all over Greenville County will be welcoming visitors to their studios! This is such a great opportunity for students and our community to see artists at work. There are a wide variety of artists Greenville! Visit Metropolitan Arts Council's website for more complete info! I hope to see you out there!
Artisphere brings artists and visitors from all over the world. Thousands of people flock to downtown Greenville to see tent after tent of artwork. Food and live music is also a part of the festival. This year Artisphere is May 12-14.
First Fridays!
Every first Friday of each month, art studios throughout Greenville open their doors for visitors. The arts district in West Greenville has been named "The Village" and the arts community has exploded there. Artists, studios, restaurants and retail stores have moved there to help build up the area. It'a a fun Friday night out with the family...be sure to check it out!
