What is the absence policy?
Students are responsible for checking the absence folder in order to get caught up on notes, hand-outs, and assignments. Students may check with a friend, the class calendar, and/or website to determine what was missed and what needs to be completed.
- Students have 5 days to complete missed assignments.
- If the student missed an assignment, quiz, or test scheduled for the day of the absence, the student is responsible for it the day they return.

1st day late: 10 points off
2nd day late: 30 points off
3rd –7th day late: 50 points off
