Spanish I Course Description

Spanish I is a beginner's level high school course that introduces students to the Spanish language by engaging them in the 5 Cs of language learning; communication, culture, connections, comparisons, and communities. Students will have the opportunity to learn the basic mechanics of the Spanish language as well as information regarding geographical and cultural highlights of Hispanic countries. Students will gain knowledge through study, language acquisition activities, and cultural comparisons.
