All About Mrs. Kee

About Me:

This is my fourteenth year of teaching in the Greenville County K4 program. I am certified in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education with eighteen hours master's credit. I taught kindergarten in Indiana following graduation from Indiana University. I have also completed twelve graduate hours at USC and Furman University. I have always been involved in the growth and development of children; this is the "love of my life". I've had the privilege of raising my own six children. I now have five grandchildren. Home-schooling in Florida, Indiana, and South Carolina, and the operation of a licensed Group Day Care Home, have been my other endeavors. I have found working with parents and grandparents of children to be a meaningful experience! Operating my own Kindergarten as part of my day care offering to families in the area, has been an important part of my fulfilling work. I feel that I am very adept at leading both children and families towards their overall growth in learning experiences. I thoroughly enjoy my involvement in the process of helping children grow towards feeling good about themselves as learners!
