UPCOMING TESTS/Assignments: Crash Literary Analysis questions due by Thursday, Feb. 15th. Final draft of the Schaffer 1 chunk paragraph related to the article of the week is due by Friday, Feb.16th. Class time will be given to complete both assignments, however, students who are absent will need to make this work up as soon as possible. Both assignments will count as a major grade.

Grade Level Book Study
Our class will be participating in the 6th grade book study of the novel Wonder by R.J. Palacio. This book was not included in our original supply list. We are asking students to purchase a personal copy before we begin the unit of study. The book can be purchased at the following stores, to name just a few:

- Barnes & Noble
- Walmart
