What kind of homework do orchestra students have each day? Practicing!! Each student in the orchestra program needs to practice the skills that they learned in class each day. Studies have shown that students who practice will do better on their playing and written tests in orchestra.

How much do they need to practice? Students need to practice 20 minutes each day or 100 minutes each week to keep up with the material taught in class.
