Dear Students and Parents,

I am proud to be the music teacher at Skyland!  Every year I look forward to working with our talented students and their families.  

My husband and I have lived in Greer all of our lives. I graduated from Greer High School and earned a Bachelor of Music degree from Carson-Newman University and a Master of Music degree from the University of South Carolina. I hold National Board Certification. For over twenty years I taught choral music at the middle and high school levels.  I enjoy being with family and friends, reading, hiking, spending time outdoors, and traveling to new places. I play the piano and sing in our church choir. One of my favorite things to do is accompany other musicians.  As a child I loved elementary school, and I look forward to learning and growing with my students here at Skyland.  I feel blessed to be a part of such a caring school community!
