Leadership Tracker

Leadership Tracker

Mrs. Klessens’ Secret Agent Leadership Tracker

We will be using a Leadership Tracker to help my students visualize how well they are working throughout the day. Our class will use a “Seven Color” clip chart system to help students monitor their own behavior. This will be tracked on Class Dojo for you to see.

Each morning the students begin with their clip on the Green Space. If a student shows “leadership” behavior, they will move their clip up one color. If they need a reminder about the rules, they will move clip down one color. If another rule is broken on the same day the student will move an additional color down. If behavior is serious at any time, they will move to the Red Space.

*At the conclusion of each day we will review and discuss the behavior chart. The better their day the closer they are to the treasure chest! I will only send home a note when your child makes it to pink, visits the treasure chest, or moves to orange or red.

If I catch a student following the rules, doing the right thing, and making the right choices, I can surprise that student RIGHT THEN with verbal praise, stickers, or special activities. They love to be caught being good!!

Remember to celebrate Leadership behavior!
