I'm our local building representative for Greenville County Literacy Association (GCLA) and I'm thrilled to announce that we are up and up and running! We would love to have you join us! When you join will become a member of not only our local chapter, but you also become a member of our state organization (PSLA - Palmetto State Literacy Association).

There are many exciting things coming up soon! Nominations for our Distinguished Teacher of Literacy and Distinguished Administrator of Literacy are right around the corner. I'll be sharing nominating details soon! We'll also be sharing more details about how we plan to support our local Ronald McDonald House this year. Last but not least, the deadline for several classroom grants and scholarships offered through PSLA is December 1. (Anyone applying for a grant or scholarship will need to become a member.)
