Eric J. Plum teaches 7th and 8th grade band in the Greencastle-Antrim School District and acts as the department chair person. In addition to teaching, he is active as a regional freelance trombone artist in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, and Virginia . Dr. Plum received both the degree Doctor of Education and Master of Music Education at Shenandoah University. He previously received a Bachelor of Music Education Degree from Youngstown State University (OH). Eric lives in Greencastle, PA with his wife Jodi and two sons Owen and Reece. Interests include:

• Research interests in topics such as sensemaking, decision-making, and student learning.
• Anything that has to do with cars.
• Spending time at his cabin in the woods of McConnellsburg, PA
• Trying to find new things to learn.
