Social Media Guidelines

Some Important Dates:

• Sunday, May 1 - 2pm-3pm - Full Company Meeting (including parents)
  This is when students will get their show shirts and meet with the design team to talk about the summer

• Tuesday, May 31 - 5pm-9pm - First Rehearsal at AIS -Diamond (Door 6)
  All students will meet for a FULL company meeting (students and staff only)

• Wednesday, June 1 - 5pm-9pm
  Regular Rehearsals Begin

• Friday, July 1 - 8am-4pm -
  This will be the day we move most of the set to the Old National Events Plaza (ONEP).

• Wednesday, July 5 - July 8 - 5pm-10:30pm (ONEP)
  First cast rehearsal at ONEP

• Saturday, July 9 - 4pm-9pm -
  All cast will try on costumes

• Sunday, July 10 - 1pm-11pm (ONEP) -
  This is the day we figure out all the technical details of the show.

• Monday, July 11 - Tuesday, July 12 (ONEP) -
  These are dress rehearsals.

• Wednesday, July 13 (ONEP) -
  This is Friends & Family night. Each student will get 4 tickets for this FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL.

• Thursday, July 14 - Saturday, July 16 (ONEP) - 7pm PERFORMANCES

• Sunday, July 17 (ONEP) - 2pm PERFORMANCE

• Sunday, July 17 (ONEP) - 5:30 - We strike the set

• Monday, July 18 (Various) - 8am-1pm -
  Move everything out of ONEP and back to AIS - Diamond and various other locations.
