Pokemon Scavenger Hunt

2016. 10. 03

Today students had to find eight Pokemon hiding in our library. They were given small clues along the way to help locate them. Some Pokemon were reading fantasy, while others were looking at Science and Music. The student who was first to find all eight in the correct locations won a prize. Our Pokemon theme continues next week as we read about Pokemon anatomy! Below is a sneaky peak at our other activities and challenges.

Finding Wonka's Golden Tickets

2016. 09. 12

Today we read chapter 11 from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory 'The Miracle'. At this point in the story Charlie finds his golden ticket and is overwhelmed with emotion as he races home to tell his Grandpa Joe. The students challenge was to find 20 golden tickets hidden inside our books and correctly describe where they found the ticket in the library. It was lots of fun and very competitive!!
