About Mother Mary's Children Centre (MMCC)
MMCC envisions that every child belongs to a family, growing with love, respect and security
MMCC helps build families for orphaned children or those in need, allowing them to shape their own futures and to share in the development of their communities
MMCC is a non-profit making NGO that was formed in 2006. It is a member of the Council for Non-Government Organisations in Malawi (CONGOMA)
As of January 2020 the organisation supports over one thousand orphans and vulnerable children, together with vulnerable adults in two Malawian districts: Zomba and Chikhwawa. It has three operational centres: two in Chikhwawa and one in Zomba
MMCC has been featured on BBC News articles covering 'Unsung Women of Africa'.
