Parent Teacher Conferences - March 11 and 12

Please note that March 11 and 12 are for Parent Teacher Conferences. Bookings for conferences will close on Wednesday March 10.

Semester 1 Announcements

Remembrance Day

On Tuesday November 10, we will have our Remembrance Day ceremony. Students will be asked to attend.

On Remembrance Day, we will not have class. We will resume classes on Thursday November 12.

October 29 and October 30

October 29 is an Early Dismissal Day at Bob Edwards. Students will only be in class for the morning. Students are allowed to wear their costume to our online meet tomorrow. Please ensure their costume is school appropriate with no gore, or weapons.

October 30 is a PD Day. Students will have no classes this day. Classes will resume on Monday November 2.

October 28 - Power School and Assignment Completion

Completion of assignments is currently being updated into Power School. You can check your child's progress on various assignments when you log into Power School. All assignments will be updated by the end of the week

Happy Thanksgiving!

We have a PD Day tomorrow, so there will be no classes. As well, Thanksgiving is on Monday, so we will have no classes. Our next class will be on Tuesday October 13. Please refer to each of the subjects for homework this weekend.

September 30 is Orange Shirt Day

Wednesday September 30 is Orange Shirt Day, a day to raise awareness about the impacts of the residential schooling system on Indigenous communities. Please encourage your child to wear an orange shirt tomorrow.

Leadership Opportunity

Immigrant Services Calgary is offering an amazing online leadership opportunity for students from Grade 6 to 9. Starting Wednesday October 14, students will be the Roots program, a leadership program. This is an opportunity to connect with other students and to work on your leadership skills. September 17, 2020 - Successful First Day

Thank you for a great first day! It was lovely to meet you all! Please ensure your child has filled out the Student-Teacher Chat form. This is a one-on-one chat for me to get to know the student and to address their needs in a smaller setting. These chats will be occurring next week in the afternoon.
