Simple Ways To Be Active Outdoors!

Depending on if you have any equipment at home, some yard space and your parents' permission, here are some easy ways to get active that you are probably already familiar with...

  • throw a baseball underhand or overhand

  • throw a frisbee

  • shoot a hockey puck

  • shoot hoops or dribble a basketball

  • kick a soccer ball

  • skip - practice the tricks you learned from Jump Rope for Heart!

  • rollerblade or roller skate

  • ride a bike

  • ride a scooter

  • ride a skateboard

  • play badminton

  • pass a football

  • volley, bump, or serve a volleyball

  • go for a walk

  • go for a run

  • walk your dog

**Remember to stay 2 meters away from anyone that is not an immediate family member! :)
