I grew up on a farm, near a small town in northeast Nebraska. Having been a lifelong Husker fan, I went on to study elementary and special education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where I graduated in 2013. I then went on to earn my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Peru State College in 2015.

I live in Lincoln with my husband Jordan and our son Grayson. We also have 2 pets--a Husky named Bear and a cat named Ellie. We enjoy going to Husker sports events, traveling, and spending time with our families.
