A Little About Me

I am from New York, born and raised in the Bronx! I have been married 29 years and have two wonderful sons. This is my 34th year of teaching! I have taught college, middle, and high school in three states: New York, Maryland, and North Carolina. I am a graduate of Pace University and Hunter College, where I obtained my Master's degree. I have been at Mint Hill Middle School for 12 years. I love teaching, reading, nature, traveling, food, family, friends and students. I have been practicing Buddhism for 31 years.

My loves: family, nature, cooking, travel, and Buddhism. I have been a practicing Buddhist for more than 30 years!
