Our Acting Chairman, Mr. Rufus Pinckney, receives the TCL Presidential Medal

The Technical College of the Lowcountry held its annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 12 at the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park in Beaufort. 

TCL announced and recognized this year’s Presidential Medallion award recipient at the event, our Acting Chairman, Mr. Rufus Pinckney. As the college’s highest honor, the Presidential Medallion is given to a distinguished community leader who exhibits enthusiasm, integrity and perseverance beyond the ordinary to help build a better and stronger community. 

This is a well deserved accomplishment. Mr. Pickney has exhibited nothing short of excellence in leadership and service. He is dedicated to the MSCLAAC and MIC mission of honoring and preserving the Mather School legacy. Congratulations!

Mather Interpretive Center will have its annual meeting on Thursday March 9, 2023 at 10am, Building #6 conference room, Technical College of the Lowcountry. The public is invited to attend.
