Resetting the Canvas x Google Integration in your account:
Step 1: In your Canvas account, click the account icon, then choose Settings. Find the Google Registered service (if you have one, remove/delete it) and then click #3 below to re-establish the Google Drive Registered Service. You'll use the red X also, if your issue might be solved by 'switching Google accounts', see below [under Switch Google Accounts]
Also, did you try 'Switch Accounts'?
Switch Google Accounts
When students try to open/access a Google assignment, they should see an option to 'switch accounts'. Sometimes it can look like you can't change the account, try clicking on the email address that's in there and enter in the one you want.

Canvas Lockdown Browser Fix Browser/Extention
It's possible that cookies are interfering with the LockDown Browser extension being recognized as installed on the Chromebook. If so, the student will want to clear out all cookies and cache on the Chromebook. Follow these steps:
Make sure the student has the Respondus Lockdown Browser extension installed in their Chrome browser [find info here]
Open the Chrome browser and enter this in the URL bar: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
The "Basic" tab will be highlighted, leave it like that.
In the "Time Range" field, select "All time".
Check the box next to "Cookies and other site data."
The other options (Browsing history and cached images and files) are optional.
Then click the "clear data" button.
This will result in you being logged out of Canvas. Log back in, and then try to take the exam again.
