Student Success Plans

Individual Planning

The Student Success Plan is an individualized student success driven plan that addresses student's needs and interests to help them stay connected to school and to achieve their educational and career goals. At Whisconier, students begin working on their student success plan in grade 6 and it continues through high school. The plan contains an electronic student portfolio that contains goals that the students have developed and inventories that explore personal interests as well as career interests. We use Naviance at Whisconier. Examples of some of the activities students complete as part of their plans include interest inventories, learning style inventories, goal writing assignments, career matchmaker, and personality assessments.
