New to District Enrollments

These instructions only apply to our brand-new to district students. Please click on the link below to start the online enrollment process. You will need to upload the materials listed. • You will need the following materials:

  • 1. Birth Certificate

    2. Immunization Records

    3. Proof of address (utility bill)

    4. 504 or IEP, if applicable

    5. Custody paperwork, if legal issues

    6. Transcript, or class list if available

    7. Physical for 7th & 9th grade, or those participating in sports (see health forms for 7th, 8th & 9th)

After you submit your information online, our Registrar will contact you to finalize your registration. You will then also submit your student's class selections.
