We look forward to helping you transition to 8th grade. This site contains information to help guide you through the registration process.
8th grade Course Request List with class options and offerings
STEP 1: Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and complete the Annual Update for any updated family and school information.
STEP 2: Optional- Review the Google Slides below
STEP 3: Find below the course request form
STEP 4: Open the Course Request form and type in your top 2 electives and alternate class choices. Remember if you choose an A course, you must also choose the matching B course.
STEP 5: You are ready to register for 8th grade!
*Click on ‘More’
*Choose ‘Registration 22-23
*Input your elective choices
Note: We have already plugged in your core classes. Which are:
*Math
*Acc English 8
*Earth Science (unless you have taken this in 7th grade)
*World Studies 8
*Health (1 semester) / Physical Education 8 (1 semester)
TOP TIPS for Registering for Classes in Infinite Campus:
- See here for: Instructions on how to select classes using Infinite Campus, and in the 8th grade slides below.
- While you review the 8th grade slides - be sure to take notes on your questions, and list your elective choices and alternates. This will make it much easier, and help you prepare for registration.
Step 2: BOSS 8th Grade Elective Offerings - click on the form to make a copy. Then, you can type in the document and save!

Dear Parents/Guardians:
All materials can be submitted through Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Please be sure you have recently completed the Annual Update. See instructions here for more info. Or contact our Registrar, Larisa Ryabokon at larisa.ryabokon@boiseschools.org.
Students need a physical in 7th and 9th grades. If you are new to the district, please be sure to forward a copy to our Registrar, Ms. Ryabokon.
*If a student is playing sports at their home-school, they are also required to have a physical each year.
