North Carolina Governor's School
The Governor's School of North Carolina is the oldest statewide 6-week summer residential program for gifted and talented high school students in the nation. The program, which is open to rising seniors (current juniors) only, with exceptions made for rising juniors (current sophomores) in selected performing/visual arts areas is located on two campuses: High Point University and Merideth College. If you would like to apply, make sure to talk to Mrs. Wagaman in the Counseling office by mid-October.
NC School of Science & Mathematics
A great option for students who are independent, self-motivated, and focused on STEM fields!
