IMP Workshop

We are organizing a one-day workshop on Integrative Modeling with IMP during the conference. The workshop will take place in the Computer lab of IISER Pune which is equipped with 75 workstations. Each participant will get hands-on experience in setting up a modeling problem and solving it in IMP. The workshop will be conducted in 2 sessions with a break for lunch in between. 

Intended audience: Researchers (PhD students/Postdocs/Principal Investigators) in computational biology or structural biology in India who wish to learn integrative modeling.

Eligibility: Programming experience in Python (at least 6 months experience), basics of protein structural biology along with familiarity with Linux.
