Moving in the Right Direction

Great job today for all of you at practice. It just shows with great focus and great effort, you can see amazing results. The key now is to repeat that effort every day for the rest of the season. You can do it!

A reminder that tomorrow at practice we will be naming our captains and handing out jerseys. Please be ready to go so we can move through the process and get to another great workout.

I'll leave you with the quote we talked about at practice today:
